Shipping & Returns
Orders
Once your order is placed, you can expect it to ship out within 1-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another confirmation email once it is shipped which will contain your tracking information. We generally ship via Canada Post with lead times between 2-10 business days. Some international orders to the US will not have tracking available.
Cost
We’ve tried to make this incredibly expensive service as affordable for our customers as we possibly can. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 to the US and Canada. All other orders are charged a flat rate of $8-$10 depending on proximity to our office in British Columbia.
Lost Items
In the rare case of a lost or missing order, please contact us directly at hello@wiildgoldbotanicals.com. We will contact Canada Post to locate your package as soon as possible.
Returns
At this time, we are not able to offer returns on opened skincare. We encourage you to reach out and ask us any questions you may have regarding a product before ordering to ensure it is the right fit for you!
